hmm, I didn't try, but I think its pretty easy to use custom skins with any mod as long as they don't do any changes to the default skins.
Just try and copy the skin you want to use to "...\titan quest\database\creatures\pc\male(or female)"
worst thing that can happen is "nothing" ;-)

i got it, the one i got was in tqm format and it worked when i put it with xmax and it seems to be working
