I need help with changing the player skin

like the title said i need help to change the player's skin with a monster's. i have read around but i can not make heads or tails of it. so can someone help me out, PLEASE!

I hav the same question.. Downloaded a few skins, but absolutely cant get them to work.. I mean, im clueless as to what to do.. Anyhelp will be thanked (tgt w ace232 ).
