I have 2 TGA files for the Black Male character that I want to use. However I don't know what to do. TQMM's program works great and I understand how it works (kinda).
I would like to make my own Skins however I can't find any info on what I need to make them. (could take me a long time to learn without watching someone). For now I would just like for someone to explain how to get these TGA files to *.tqm files. Or simply how to take the TGA files and make them work in TQ. Thanks in advance

ok got it i think. Created a .bat file to convert the TGA file into a TEX file then edited one of TQMM's INI files and made a zip file and renamed it to a TQM file. and it worked...
Now i'm sure glad that only took me all day to do. Not I do thank everyone that helped me threw other posts. RaVen and TQMM Now if I only knew how to extract them .arc files i might play around with editing that retarded nightmare pet.

You can extract them with Titan Quest Arc Explorer found in this forum here.

Progress (thanks again Raven)
ok got tex viewer and can extract tex files to tga to edit. Since we are on a roll, might there be a recomended guide out there to Skin editing/moding? I don't know to much about 3d design, however I am a fast learner. Also what recomended programs to use to edit skins. I have adobe photoshop CS (i'm willing to get whatever i need). Is there a way to view the jumbled up image in its 3d view? if so what program does this? Character/monster art has allways been something I wanted to learn.

Simply edit the tga files and the bumbmaps with any graphic application that can edit and save tga files. Convert them to tex files, replace the original with the new, start the game to see how it looks. Rinse, repeat. You can work with batch files, that do everything automatically so you only have to edit tga file, launch batch, start game, end game, edit tga file, ...
The game itself is the "viewer". No other solution available. Take a look at the wiki for skin editing guides linked in the thread I've posted above. You should have seen it.
