Theres a note posted right on the website.
"Note: All my mods and hacks are out of date and won't work with the current TQ version. I might update some of them as soon as I start playing Immortal Throne." A lot of the skins are available here http://www.titanquest.net/forums/adu...ult-skins.html along with a step by step method of installing them.

The funny thing is, TQMM skins (as well as some others, not made specifically for TQMM but supported by the mod) DO work with IT, at least for me... out of date or not, they remain usable. Beware that this is not necessarily the case with other mods that used to be available at that site.
