Hair Color Mods?

I am wondering if anyone has downloadable texture/skin modifications for different hair colors/styles?

I'd really like to play a female toon with long blond hair. Most of the mods for female characters seem to be changing their outfit or removal of their clothing, which is fine if that is what you want, but its not quite what I'm looking for.

Is it possible to edit the tunic colors in the game to have a hot pink colored tunic? I'm assuming it is, but don't really know how to make the changes myself or if someone else has the changes available.

Input or especially pointing in the direction of someone who has done these would be great, or even a tutorial of some sort to make the changes myself. Thanks for you time.

So no hair changes because all the helmets would have to be changed, too. Oh well.

I think the tunic thing is possible though.
