Ok, i did this so far, its mostly a recomposition of different textures with a darker skin color, let me know if i continue this one or if its not good.

Not sure about colors (small picture size)… maybe a bit brownish, not so copper? And for the hair, is it possible to make hair shape as on first picture? Anyway, it depends on your next plans: Nubian brownish-copper (less copper than brownish), Zulu pure black (and bald-headed)

...and I think what pure black guy with white battle painting (and black-white feathers as on second picture) would look especially awesome

this is two different ways, and your choice on it. Perhaps you will want to make both

Ok i made two versions so far, one is brownish, the other is not colored, lemme know what u think.



as for adding more stuff, i m not a real artist hehe, i try but i'm sure others could do better, i can send you the tga files i made so far, and you can add stuff if you want then release it. no problem on my side.

To get the texture back, there is a post somewhere in the skins or textures forum showing how to use the texture compiler to make the tex file without launching art manager.

ok, i got "tex" file. but now, how to place this file into "creature.arc"?

ok there are two ways, one is to make a tqmm pack as described in this thread http://www.titanquest.net/forums/mod...d-manager.html

or create a batch file directly that would replace the texture file, like Shark's batch file but instead of replacing the female texture, rename the tex to the male texture, and place in the appropriate folder, if you need detailed infos, i can tell u where to put what file and what to type in the batch file.
