Sigh...just realized I posted this in the gameplay rather than the skills section. 'Doh! It was late last night...

Well, anyways - here it is in the right section...mods, please delete the former one.

So - was browsing the ol' D2 forums and realized something that was missing from the TQ equivalent - a comprehensive list of builds for characters. While plenty of Tcalc trees have been posted, I did not find these helpful as they do not really give you the nuts and bolts of how to build characters.

There are, however a number of detailed, interesting builds that were really helpful for me and my campus gaming ring.

Thus I've decided to attempt to get this thread going, parallel to the TQ FAQ...providing a list of detailed character builds and strategies for how to play them in a single, easily searchable thread.

Feel free to submit a new build or link to an old one posted - submit them here, in the skills section or specific mastery section (give a link).

Rules are : The build must explain the distribution of skill points (either typed or Tcalc), the build order of the character (i.e. what to add where and when), how the character should be played and what the weaknesses of the character are.

No flaming - criticisms of a build are allowed, but keep it civil, guys and gals.

All builds should be able to solo legendary and can be as overpowered, finesse based, weird, gear dependant/independant as wanted. They should not overlap excessively with another build in the thread, unless they provide a large amount of new insight into the build.

C'mon people, lets get this going !

well, there is a guide, "How to Post Links in the Right Way", that could be usefull for you....


no, really, can you fix the links you posted? some of them have "...." and can not be followed....

The Summoner and third Ranger links are the only ones up there that work.
