Nah, leave the kids playing. You did well in creating it. Maybe you could consider a mastery armour (like Pyromancer Set). Doctor's Vestment. For chest, Doctor's Scrubs. For hands, Doctor's Gloves. For head, Doctor's Mask. And for feet, Doctor's Shoes.

Forgot to tell, they all give + 10% vitality damage resistance and +1 in al skills in Doctor Mastery.

Ragged Jeans - 15 Armour Toxic Odorous Stench - 40% chance of doing 280 poison damage to self every 1 minute. Grants Skill: Oops 25% chance of pants falling down. -80% movement speed 50% chance of tripping and falling. Torn Jacket - 20 Armour Flammable - -25% Fire Resistance Trash Can Lid 2% chance of blocking 7 damage 50% chance of falling onto ground upon taking damage 4 damage Conductivity - -20% Electricity Resistance If it's a bad comment, I don't wanna hear it.
