I'm leveling an Oracle right now, although at lvl 15 he's basically just a Stormcaller still. I'm loving the Storm mastery so much that I haven't touched Spirit yet.
I'd like some advice on how to proceed. Right now I have 1 in Storm Nimbus and 3 in Static Charge, for the +% lightning dmg. 6 in Squall, as I said; 1 in Storm Surge, 1 in Lightning Bolt, and 1 in Summon Wisp. I'm working on raising my Storm Mastery so I can get Eye of the Storm. At what point should I start putting points into Spirit? Should I max out everything that I want in Storm first? Also, I looked at Spirit Mastery and a lot of the skills look great, so much that I'm not sure how to prioritize them. Can someone give me an idea of how I should build the Spirit side of my Oracle? |

Max Squall (not Obscured Visibility, save that for later), then Static Charge. It will kill almost every normal monster for a good while.
Suggestion for build Try Enslave Spirit and Vision of Death. They are decent 1 point skills, but not necessary. If you don't like them, buy the points back. Dark Covenant is for mana regen, so you don't have have it, and it is more useful with more mana and int anyway, meaning you can try it in epic. If you decide to go with Ternion, then put 1 pt in there, then max Arcane Lore, and Ternion after that. Liche can be quite fragile in acts 3-4 normal, you can take him when you reach epic. Put enough pts in Wraith Shell so Liche doesn't die too often to your liking.

Why max deathchill Aura tree Poinas? it more for melee warriors than range casters, casters shouldn't be getting that close to mobs and Ravages of Time is broken so unless you dled the unofficial patch dont bother with this, and this removes the main reason for casters to take this, unless they got tons of damage to health.
You may find Unearthly Power useful as it a full +% damage boost though you need good life regen or lifesteal or lots of pots. |

It's easier to run away from fast monsters when they're slowed. At some point one of them will get to you, and that's when -%total speed is a life saver.
