Mage Brigand is very powerful, especially if you get -100% Recharge. Even if you don't, it's still plenty powerful with traps, knives, and Shrapnel all getting big +% Pierce damage boosts from the Hunting mastery.

I am actually on my way to making this after realizing that the damage from Distortion Wave is physical, and thus greatly increased by Study Prey (which ToW increases even further). And since it's still a Haruspex, it'll have tons of CAP, though you won't need it much with the DW slow or the DR petrify. A Diviner does much better if you want to focus more on DR than DW though, as Deathchill Aura + ToW + Dark Covenant makes the Vitality damage from it insane, and your Lich and Ether Lord will be chunking mobs left and right.
