Yep, I'm up to something new guys: an idea for a new Mastery called (surprise
) COLD! This one includes Matseb2611's Night and yerkyerk's Channel in the Classes.Cold Preview Time covers the floor with green mantle, That was already covered with cold snow, And in me converts the sweet song in crying. Luís de Camões The Freezer is a mighty opponent, able to turn the tide of a battle by turning off the enemy's heat. Enemies: -12% total speed -20% attacks speed 15 cold damage per second 20 poison damage per second Chill Nova (activated on low health) A foggy storm is created under the hero, that leeches life away of foes, regranting it to the hero. 20 life leech 30 cold damage + 10 vitality damage per second 20% health granted Block Projection (cast skill) Hero hurls a block of ice that breaks in two blocklings, doing area damage, and these jump through the area untill their energy is loss or they hit a target, when they will shatter in splits that do area and pierce damage. 30 energy cost Block atributes: 3 metres per second of speed 16 area damage+ 10 cold damage+ 20 crush damage 1 meter radius Blockling atributes: 4 metres per second of speed 16 cold damage+ 10 bleeding damage 10 seconds of duration Split atributes: 30 pierce damage+ 16 cold damage 4 meters radius Glacial Spikes (Upgrade to BP) The block have been originated from a millenar glacier located in another dimension ruled by a glaciation, changing their whole molecules and giving them sentience. It also doubles the number of blocks projected. Block atributes: +1 block +20 poison damage 4 metres per second of speed 2 metres radius Blockling atributes: 6 metres per second of speed 16 bleeding damage+ 12 poison damage Split atributes: 14 poison damage 6 metres radius Tier 4: Healing Shards (passive skill) The air around the hero solidifies into microscopic ice particles that soften the hero's skin and regenerates both health and energy faster. +10% health regeneration +16% energy regeneration Rattle Frost (upgrade to HS) Some of the frozen particles are hollow and have smaller rime inside, originating a rattle noise that focuses the hero and annoys foes, leaving them vulnerable to attacks. +20% total damage 20% attack damage converted to health Enemies: 4 seconds of confusion 50% chance of 3 seconds stun Bloodcooling Cure (upgrade to HS) Some of the frozen particles enter the hero's body via breathing and enter his bloodline, enhancing his abilities. +30% attack speed +20% movement +20% cold resistance 20 cold damage per second Snow Fortress (summoning skill) Summons a massive wall of snow that protects the hero from attacks, but only his pets will be able to attack since they stay outside of the fortress. Wall of snow atributes: 6 seconds duration 90 health 100% Defensive ability 100% chance to dodge 50% chance to avoid projectiles Polar Wall (upgrade to SF) The fortress is made of a mix of snw and ice, making it more resistant to attacks. It also leaves small holes so that the hero can fight, but only a small percentage of the attack is conveyed to the outside. Wall of snow atributes: 8 seconds duration 180 health 20 cold damage 50% damage conveyed to targets Tier 10: Summon Iceraptor Pack (summoning skill) Summons a nimble dinosaur from elder ages to serve as your faithful companion. In level 8 his two hatchlings can be summoned as a reinforcement to fight more powerful foes. These won't die if their father dies. 120 energy cost 1 Iceraptor summoned 2 Hatchlings summoned (at level 8) Iceraptor atributes: 400 health 400 energy 10 bleeding damage+ 40 pierce damage Hatchling atributes: 200 health 200 energy 10 bleeding damage+ 20 pierce damage Ancient Calling (upgrade to SIP) The Iceraptors have awaken from a low-methabolic hybernation, recovering from old fatigues and becoming ready to battle. +20 total speed +20 health for Iceraptor +30 health for Hatchling Corrupting Bite (upgrade to SIP) The adult Iceraptor learns to bite its foes in a way that spews a vile poison that can either deliver monstrous damage, or convert an enemy (with less than 10 levels away from hero) to be its own guard. If the adult raptor dies, however, so will the creature it converted. Corrupting Bite attack added: 20 energy cost (to Iceraptor) 20 bleeding damage plus: 50% chance of converting a creature (non boss or hero, maximu 10 levels above hero's level) Creature dies if Iceraptor dies 50% chance of 120 poison damage Tier 16: Snow Rain (cast skill) The water in the air above the hero solidifies, creating massive snowflakes that do damage in an area. 100 energy cost 6 seconds from casting to hitting 120 area attack+ 20 cold damage 3 metres radius Ice Rally (upgrade to SR) Some of the water solidifies very quickly, originating deadly ice stalactites that do more damage in a bigger area. 3 seconds from casting to hitting Some snowflakes replaced by icy stalactites 140 area attack+ 20 pierce damage+ 40 cold damage 6 metres radius Freeze Enemy (cast skill) A column of ice forms around a single target (non hero or boss), holding it and preventing it from attack. However, few outside damage is chanelled to the target. 100 energy cost 6 seconds of freezing 10% outside attack channeled Body Meltdown (upgrade to FE) The cold temperatures quickly run from the foe to the column, heating it up and rising the amount of time the column holds. Outside damage can also be chanelled to the foe. 10 seconds of freezing 60% outside attack channeled 40 fire damage Tier 24: Etherial Aura (aura skill) A nimbus from the heavens comes down and joins the hero, giving him a cosmopolitan resistance to all kinds of damage. 30 energy cost per second +40% resistance to all kinds of damage +10% movement +10% attack speed 50% chance of reflecting 25% damage Refreshing Blast (casting skill) Hero gathers bad energies from all around his body and blasts them away of it, affecting enemies nearby. 40 energy cost 20 lightning damage+ 20 poison damage+ 20 bleeding damage 6 metres radius 4 seconds freeze Tier 32: Summon Nether Coldstealer (summoning skill) Pulls into our dimension a hideous parasite from the same dimension from which the glacial blocks were originated. The coldstealer feeds on cold energy, and once it spots a more powerful target, it runs towards it and steals its cold energy, drying it hot, only to return to its frozen realm. However, the time it can be in our dimension is short, and it can still be killed. 250 energy cost Coldstealing Parasite summoned Coldstealing Parasite atributes: 10 seconds time 1410 health 5000 energy 3000 fire damage 20 cold damage (by its aura) 8 metres radius (by its aura) Images Now, here are the biggest number of legitimate pets you could get: the Coldstealing Parasite (skelly beast), the Iceraptor and his level 8 hatchlings, a neanderthal (from a whole new green ring called "The Hominid Ring" that would give+1 to all skills in Cold and would grant a Neanderthal) and a peng (from a new weapon called "frostwind shaped club", aclub that would give +20 cold damage and a free peng). They are SO waiting for the boss to get out! ![]() And here are all of the pets plus a corrupted anouran (by raptor's corrupting bite) in a brawl. Hero is also summoning a block that'll hit Karkinos and you can also see his two auras. ![]()

Yeah, now that I think about it, it IS kinda dumb. When I wrote it, I couldn't find another name for a magician priest (cool names like Shaman, Diviner, Sorcerer and Warderer are already chosen); then I remembered the inuit (snow) shamans (sage) that live up, like hermits (lone) in the mountains and ask the spirits(nature) for advice. See how I got there? But if there is another name I forgot for a magician priest, please tell me. ![]()
