Default Hellmouth error?

Figured I'd ask if anyone else has noticed this. I'm messing around with various powers to get a feel for them, and I noticed that Hellmouth... doesn't seem to do anything half the time. Sometimes it'll toss out the skellies it's supposed to, but others it'll just sit there, and enemies will run past it without issue.

Anyone else seen this happen?

That has to do with the way the skill works, and a small quirk of the engine. Basically, the game gives experience for kills to the owner of the pet that killed the enemy. However, when you use Hellmouth, what you're doing is summoning a pet (the circles) that then summons more pets (the skeletons). In otherwords, the experience for the skeletons' kills are going to the circles on the ground :P As far as I know, the way that skill operates this isn't something fixable.

I'm still not sure why Hellmouth ignores enemies some of the time. Seeing as it has its own AI, being a pet, that could be what's at fault.
