At max level 13, Spiky Bow has the following stats (according to MasteriesCalc:
12% chance of activation 18 second duration -41% defensive ability 120 damage retaliation 30% chance to 14-28% life retaliation The stat that stands out the most, to me, is the -41% defensive ability. This is a great (-41% defensive ability, that's overpowering) passive skill for melee class, unfortunately, this skill requires a bow. Also unfortunately, defensive ability doesn't do anything for bow users. A monster's % chance to avoid projectiles determine whether an arrow hits or not, not defensive ability. So my proposal is this (to replace the -% defensive ability part of Spiky Bow): -2% offensive ability at level 1, -26% offensive ability at level 13 (decreasing 2 per level) Reason: if a monster is close enough to hit you, -% offensive ability would soften the blow, somewhat. Thoughts, comments? |
