What about skill disrupting yourself as well? I think it would ensure you don't cast any spell better than decreasing casting speed.

If this would be possible, it would be the best solution.

Maybe slightly decrease the duration as well? 6 seconds seems a bit long (although in practice I know thats nothing) and more easily abusable.
