Poinas has been doing an experiment with a pure reflectionist and it isn't even close to be a bit effective, it takes forever to kill stuff. So boosting Reflection won't be game-breaking if that's what concerns you...

Insane you think making it better would make it overpowered?
9% chance of 50% damage for 8 skill points reflection comapared to 60% perminment for 12 points ToE.

Thats 0.56% damage per point ToE gives 5% in other words refelction is underpowered by a factor 10.
If reflect damage is that good then why dont we see loads of post from Templars saying everything dies before i even touch them? Templars can get over 120% refection easy.
The real problem is the 9% chance of refection this needs to be ~80-90% instead then it be more in line with other top skills.
