Reflection could be replaced by pretty much anything. I mean, "x% chance of y damage reflected" isn't exactly "Yaaaaaay..." if you know what I'm saying...

I could see it as a novelty skill when everything else is maxed if they removed the "x% chance" and kept the "y damage reflected" but I doubt I will ever use it...

If you compare it to the Trance of Reflection or w/e its called, its not really OP.
The reflexion amount is lower + it is a high tier power + its the sole benefit of the skill, unlike the Trance that also grants ''damage converted into HP'' attack''. If you don't like a blunt reflection amount, you could add a static damage retaliation + a small 100% reflection damage. |
