Battle Aura

I noticed that in Masteries site, the description of Battle Aura skill shows the following:

"1 active cost
5 m radius

+3 damage
9% chance to +5% damage
3,3% chance of 4 sec's skill disruption"

Well, in game the "+X% chance do +Y% damage doesn't show up in the skill description. I suppose this is because the site is not up to date with the new versions of the mod. Can anyone confirm this?
