Injection is great for killing in normal, especially if you have a second aura activated with it (is that possible?) like Battle Aura.

first , injection + other damaging aura =

second , i haven't tried a lot of skills (couse my alchemy is for safty, and sorcery is for damage )

my "Illusions" skill is 10/10 - great - monsters almost can't hit
"High Spirit" is 10/10 - +22% total speed = better staff damage
"Injection" was 6/6 - but it was too easy with it , so i respected it in act3
"Imposture" has only 1 point - and it seems to better suited to end game
"Skin of Stone" + "Magnetism" in 1 point each = gold mine
" Blurred Vision" 8/8 = mass protection (especialy with magnetism = 35%)
all the rest are to be examend later
hope it helps

Is Injection really that good? I decided to ignore it because little flat poison damage seems insignificant.

I think that was only 1-2 pts in Disruption (the fire grenade) with +4 from Mastery shrine. So about 5-6 pts then.

Yes, the flat damage it does is good enough, plus it adds poison damage, so whatever doesn't die from the damage dies from the poison. Unless, of course, you're fighting undead in which you have to run around for a second or so for the second hit to take effect.

.
it is not the poisn damage, it is the pierce (56 pierce at 6/6) for every hit ( in a radius )

and it takes only lvl 3 to have it in 5/6 ( if you skip all the rest )

This thread's gone dead.

But anyways, Rodenticide - looks like it used to be a flower of some sort.
