bleeding vit,damage and stuff

if your weapon has vit damage built how does that affect the target?
and my assasin has bonesaw equipped and i have lvl 2 anatomy and gloves that add +48% bleeding i hit my friend on pvp and he has higher bleeding damage than me and he's a slayer does anatomy increase all sources of bleeding damage? pls enlighten me
