Poisons

im playing a brigand, he's lvl 38 now, and i wanted to know if poisons are worth it, they dont seem good enough, xx dmg in xx seconds just takes too long and doesnt seem to add that much dps as u can hit more than one a sec thus refreshing the dots, anyway, i never tested the poisons so if any1 did post ur experiences please

if you poison you switch enemies after each hit.

nevertheless sadly youre right about the damage part, as long as it doesnt get raised by attributes its use quickly diminishes

Poisons aren't worth it for the damage effect. By the time you get to Epic difficulty the damage is pretty negligable unless you've managed to stack up several items that give bonus to poison damage.

The upgrades which add slow and fumble are pretty nice, though. It can be worth it to have just 1 point in Envenomed Weapon to unlock the tree and then max the two upgrades for the debuffs.
