where is the source code of Titan quest now?

After Iron closed where is the Titan Quest's source code. Will they publish it to us ?I think that could make this game become more atrractive.

i am very pleased to making mod for this game . But the main problem is we can't change and add the new 3d module and new effect. That made me very despondence.......

The current source resides with THQ I believe.

It'd be great if it were released, I can't imagine THQ doing anything productive with it..
But since it won't gain them benefits either (aside from the point it'll very likely increase their sales of TQ and IT), I guess they'll keep the code...
Perhaps when it's completely rotten away, in 5 years or so, will they be willing to release it - nobody will ever use it than anymore.
Perhaps they're trying to find a buyer for it.. I doubt they can find one though.
