dll engine.dll error

I can't even play anymore everytime i load the game it say: The procedure entry point ?Udapte@Timer@GAME@@QAEX_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Engine.dll. and i have directx 9c so please telle me how can i fix this ?

Yes i re-install it 2 times and it still doing it i don't what the probleme really

This is in XP Home, must be similar to Vista.
