The reply that I recieved to my e-mail that I sent to support.
------------------------------------------------------------- Date 30 May 2007 Further to your correspondence of 28 May 2007 Thank you for contacting us. We here at Technical Support are aware of the issues that customers are having with Immortal Throne and in fact we have escalated this in response to a few other customers who have contacted us in the same way you have yourself. In fact my previous response is currently displayed on the Titan Quest forums. http://www.titanquest.net/forums/que...-patch-10.html Further to this we still have not heard back despite chasing it up but I will ask again. I am sorry for the trouble you and any other customer have been having but there isn't much we can do. This issue doesn't seem specific to any particular hardware or software(other than the game itself of course) configuration and as such appears to be only resolvable via a patch or at the very least feedback from the developers. If you wish to complain then feel free to call the following number for the head office. You will initially be put through to reception so I recommend you ask for Customer Services when your call is answered. THQ: 01483 767656 Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh well, at least they where quick in responding. I have implemented my actions against THQ already. Bought three new games in the past two weeks and each selection was made after checking the box to see who the developer was. One game I considered purchasing was by THQ so I did not consider that game as a direct result. Hey, it might only be 2 cents worth, but at least this is really 2 cents in mulla that is now in the hands of Bethesda, 2K games and sierra and not in THQ's pockets. |

Haha! Karma, Schmarma... Sending letters to companies is.. no, can be very fun. Me and a friend once wrote and sent an letter to OLW here in Sweden (OLW is a company that makes potato chips/crisps/whatever). They had put out a new kind of product and we just told them, among other things, that it "tasted like what you'd expect human excrement to taste like". Sadly, we just got the standard template answer.
