Default About blood and gore

And dismemberment, heads flying... and blood splatter on the screen! burning enemies running around screaming, and so forth.

Didnt you add it because you hadnt time, would it increase the requirements to play the game to much? Wouldntthe engine handle it? Would blood with gravity be messed up? Or is it because you would had to raise the age limit? (aka lower sales) just curious!

Cheers.

Thumbs up Re: About blood and gore

Hey Armada

We all talked about this way back when the TQ demo first came out, IL always stated that those aspects were not part of the "vision" for TQ. My feeling from watch a few IGN interviews back in the day with the head of the company (name escapes me) was that it was a personal choice as well as a marketing choice, in the sense that they wanted as many players to be able to enjoy the game as possible.

I have to say for me personally not having blood or dismemberment/gore does not detract from the game in the slightest. I'm more focused on the action and drops and environment and all that's going on to care.

That said. I'm not opposed to it "IF" that's the creative direction a developer wants to take.

Take a look at this game (which I will be buying as soon as it hits the shelves as well heh)

Loki

Looks like it'll quench your desire

Regards,

i completely agree with this. ive loved games with and without gore, doesnt bother me either way. its all about the gameplay, and tq has some great play.
