Default Toughness of monsters controlled by?

I was trying to increase the difficulty of the game by increasing the number of players on the respective difficulty_01.dbr, difficulty_02.dbr, proxypoolequation_01.dbr and so on (all files that have numberOfPlayers), but increasing the difficulty on those files doesn't change the hitpoints of the monsters, and also not the damage they do.

Is there no general place where the toughness (Hitpoints, base damage of the monsters) can be changed by a variable?

Second try: what I am trying to achieve is only a tougher mod to play. Does this mean that I will have to edit each monster separately and add to their damage?

You could try "Records\Skills\Monster Skills\GlobalProperties_Legendary01.dbr"

The header says "No Longer Active" but every monster seems to still have it (at level 1). Try something obvious at first, like giving 300% resistance to fire, then try out some fire spells against the monsters and see if it works.

Maybe you could make the monsters spawned by your proxies to have higher strength, dexterity and health overall
