When u say copy it do you mean to add it to the end of you game path? do i include a space or a / etc? Please let me know. Thanks...

In answer to your question:

That's the important part there... But the idea is that the path is different for different installations.. Mine, for example, is on my D:\.

Otherwise, instead of using this, you can disable the day/night cycle using TQDefiler. When you download it though, use the 'full version', instead of the portable or .net versions.. It runs slightly better. Click on the "Mods by..." menu, and in the bottom left you'll see the option you looking for.
