Make sure you put them in here:-
C:\Documents and Settings\Batman\My Documents\My Games\Titan Quest\custommaps


NOT in the TQ install folder.

what if there is not a Titan Quest folder in My Documents? should I create one or is it meant to be in the install location?

also could my not patching to 1.20 stop me from being able to use this mod?

As soon as you start a new character the game will create that folder for you.
As for 1.20 affecting the mod, I have no idea. I guess that will be answered shortly.

It was made for the 1.20 patch, but i think it is compatible with the others as they did not change the file i modified in all the patches IL released

the only problems that I found are that with the Neanderthal Rider you can not use long range weapons although they will occasionally fire it is just not dependable. Also with Satyr, Maened and Skelly seem to pause regularly when you try to attack. other than those few things, a very cool little mod.

Yeah i tried hard to solve those bugs with animations, but i realy have no idea where they are from, i'd be glad if a dev looked into that, of if someone finds a way to fix that, cuz it happens with some models :/

That was the reason i stoped this mod and not included more models, cuz that bug was happening with many models that i tried, and i dunno why.

But its was still fun imo so i released it

Also I have found that you can not duel wield weapons with the Neanderthal Rider.

i just tried out the skelly and he had some problems that were discussed earlier
he couldnt pick up items and he often froze when i tried to attack with him
a couple of monsters he could kill but then when i tried attacking a next one he would just freeze to one animation and not attack anything anymore...
