Please Help w/ Patch

Hi, I just recently bought this game about a month ago, and I had no idea I was playing an older patch till recently when i decided to check out this forum. On the screen where i can select my character, it says on the bottom right it's v1.1. I selected the "update" button, no update. I tried to d/l various patches from thq official website, none of patches seemed to work for me. I tried reading several threads here about this, and most common problem it seemed to be was that ppl were running third party program? well i have none, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall TQ/IT, still can't seem to get v1.30. I really don't know where else to go, so hopefully someone here can help me out, i would really appreciate it.

The latest version for TQ is 1.30.
The latest version for IT is 1.10.

hey, type in titan quest patches into google and 1 of the first results has hundreds of updates for titan quest. inc. the latest 1's
