Disconnecting issue :(

I have problem playing Titan Quest over hamachi (lan game over internet ). After about 5 minutes (sometimes after 1minute or 15minute, it depends on something i don't know) i got disconnected. It doesn't matter if i host or if i join game hosted by my friends - it's the same.

Someone had the same problem I am experiencing? Any solution for this?

My PC:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
GeForce 6600GT GS
512MB Ram (I know, it's not a lot but in few days I'll have back my other 512 and I'll have 1GB).

Windows XP Professional SP2.

I had a similar issue when I was playing back in v1.10/v1.15

It was related to firewalls.. even opening ports on my end and shutting down firewalls didn't help often it was on the other end (person hosting the game)
