Turd of a patch

stuck in a loop after applying this patch. Have Hand and Eye for quest but wont let me by. Gave Imohtep the damn things once let me through saved, then went back the next day now I have the items again in inventory no go. Dropped items went back through it all still nothing. Dropped em again saved , they were gone , went back through AGAIN!!! Still wont let me by. Thanks for ruining my hours of game play!!!

Saving your game only saves your character information, and possibly your quest information, next time wait till you hit the next fountain before you quit. That way you know that your position in the game will be saved.
