Skill recharge display

When I play the skills do not grey themselves out and have the cycling indicator to show when the skill can be used again, it simply stays lit even immediately after it has been used.

This happens at both 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions and all graphics settings.

I see your system has no graphics card. No wonder the indicator doesn't work...

Nah, seriously - when posting your system specs, always include *all* the hardware, especially if it's a graphics problem.
