Unable to Join Server

Ever since i downloaded patch 1.11, i cant join Mp games. I go and get the list of servers to come up, choose one, the load shield comes up for about 3 rotations, then back to the character selection screen. same message every single time..Unable to Join Server..and i'm getting sick of that message.
