Default The game loads squares and rectangles...

I have Pentium M 2.26Ghz, 7800 GTX with 91.37 drivers, Intel mobile chipset, 2Gb of RAM. With 1.08 patch I beat the game. I haven't had any problems.
I installed 1.11 patch and launched the game. It worked fine. Then, I quit the game. A few hours later I tried starting it again but now all I get is small squares and rectangles....

That NEVER happened before? I checked graphics settings and etc and everything seems fine.

I do not get overheating and all other games work fine.

I tried renaming/removing VIDEO folder, but that did nothing.

I also removed the SETTINGS folder in My Games\Titan Quest folder so that video settings get reset. That did not help.

What is going on? I am not using any loaders or cracks or anything. Retail game and 1.11 patch.

Did you do anything else on the pc during that time? Did you try rebooting? I had problems with this game after my utility program flagged the compressed files from TQ as trash and deleted them. Did you run a file cleaner of somekind?

Go back to the last stable release of drivers, not beta drivers.

I used the same drivers.

Yes, I use CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) utility to clean stuff up. But...I used it before and Titan Quest gave me no problems.

Are the squares and rectangles in black and white only? I have a similar problem, the game loads only black and white squares/rectangles...

Looks like a texture issue related to the video card to me. Still think it's driver related. And I believe it's nvidia-only.

I had that happen to me the first time I started the game up (from the titan quest.exe in the game folder). Since then (more than a month) I start it from the DVD and I haven't had that problem. Probably unrelated, but why ruin a good thing.
