Perhaps this description can help:
Cyclic Redundancy Check. A CRC is a type of check value designed to catch most transmission errors. A decoder calculates the CRC for the received data and compares it to the CRC that the encoder calculated, which is appended to the data. A mismatch indicates that the data was corrupted in transit. So basically it means the patcher is looking for a certain file to have a certain CRC and it doesn't. Which comes back to "mastakojo"'s point, you have modified a file that the patcher needs to patch. My guesses are either a "No-CD" loader (just like mastakojo said) or that you've used BMan's "Experience Mod" that allows you to have more than 5 potions stacking or relics on epics and legendaries. If you have used this you need to run through all of the "Normal" executables that revert the game.dll back to normal or just restore it from the backup copy that you diligently made BEFORE you started modifying it ![]()
