Specific Game Freezing

The new patch has actually increased my performance significantly. With only one exception. Any time I press the "Z" or "X" keys to see what loot has dropped on the ground my game completely freezes until I let go of the key. It makes locating and picking up loot nearly impossible. I end up having to roam my cursor over the area until the loot I want appears and pick it up. This is very frustrating....anyone have any ideas?

Are you actually using the Z and X keys or did you remap that functionality to something else?

I am using the default keymapping scheme that TQ installs with. I have made no changes to it.

The only suggestion I have is using Alt instead of Z or X, and seeing if it makes a difference.
