Game freeze so i gone back to 1.08

Well in 1.08 i would get game freeze but only few times did it ever completly stop and require a reboot, but with 1.11 it requires a reboot every time so i have to go back to patch 1.08. I did get better performance from 1.11. Sadly i dont want to have to keep rebooting my comp every 15mins, its really that often it happens and i try every settings, my video card is set for triple buff and so is the options file, i even try vsync and anti, whatever its called, i try doing diffrent settings with anti on and vsync off or vsync on and anti off, nothing has worked out for me. we could also use a set settings options on the start/programs/titan quest so that i dont have to actualy run the game to set them as the game always says i need to restart it for changes to take affect.

Side note it dont fix any anomolies of graphics as they still wipe out, it seems this happens when entering towns, eqypt especially, i think its got something to do with the big buildings or NPC AI or somethng combined that makes my comp flip out. The graphics wipe out, text turns to all white blocks or my inventory becomes all clear or white, see through- ish looking, this happens with skills masterys page and quests log becomes unreadable as well, some times it only happens to one of them and not all others.

Also my card is not over heating as this can happen when first turning on the comp. so apperently my comp has not even had time to warm up, and im in air conditioning room, with extra fans, and i even check the nVidia temp and its running around 48 degree.

My sound card is not windows certifyed so i have not comlained, but it has probs as well, with old drivers i would get lose of sound and have to reboot, and even most NPC when they talk to me the sound goes off and then back on making them stutter, but they always continue were they left off talking. Now with new drivers the latest update 5.1201.0051.4(73) for my CMI9738 codecs. Well i get high pitch beeps, not all the times but when i use porters and arrive at destination or when just running around out of the clear blue it beeps and scares the hell out of me.

Last important note - it will not create a txt.file for the crash as the game freezes and no file is generated.
