Dual Wield Relic Shard bug

If you have two blue (epic?) weapons equiped, and you try to use a relic shard on the left weapon, it shows up as green, as if it would allow you to use the item. If you drop said relic on teh weapon though, it simply disappears (weapon is not modified).

When I unequipped a the right weapon, then the blue weapon showed as red (not allowed) when the relic shard was hovered over it.

I can't seem to reproduce this - can you tell me what relic shard and weapons you are using please?

Unfortunately I have long since discarded the items. The shard was a Essence of Zeus. The weapons were both clubs (the left weapon was a blue item. I believe the right item was a green item). If you moused over the right weapon, it turned red, but if you moved your mouse over the left club, it turned green and allowed you to 'install' the relic. No mods appeared, and the shard disappeared.

I'll see if I can reproduce this.
