I had 3 hard restarts/reboots with 1.08 , that's it. Now with 1.11, none of that anymore but while the game is loading right before the THQ graphic sequence, it stutters 3 times berfore the THQ appears.

Other than that, I get glitchy graphics once in awhile in game but it's not unplayable by any means. Most times I just exit the game and reload and it's fine. I've found that if your charactor looks good with no graphic glitches before you start a game, the game runs graphic glitch free.
I'll also note that I'm "STILL" on dial up (52k) and the game runs smoother than D2 which I played for 5 years! I actually bought the game thinking I was'nt going to play online since the box states the Recommended requirements are Network Lan or Broadband Wan! The game plays fine for me online with no lag

I am also getting this stutter. not a major issue just a weird bug in this patch.

are you talking about the movies when you first load the game?

if you are you can simply delete the movies or rename them put them in a different folder etc and you will click the shortcut and BAM right to the game screen to start

The point is, is that you should'nt have to delete anything. Most people that start editing and deleting files are usually the first to come crying to forums like this to state they're having problems with their computers

I'm sure it will be fixed when the next patch rolls out as it's just a minor thing.

Ya, I'm getting some sound stutters when starting the game and quitting the game now that weren't there before the patch.

I had the problem on my laptop for a short while, and then it just went away by itself and hasnt happened since. I have no idea what fixed it..

I have the stutters too. Unfortunately, I also have constant crashes to desktop and sound problems.

Maybe they should have thought about a -skiptobnet type shortcut to start the game, one of my top 5 pet peaves of teh game..

I can't wait to get home and delete the movies!
