Error after patching 1.11

As the screenshot shows, Im not able to run the game at all.
This is a clean install.

Any suggestions?

This error typically occurs when one of the files has not updated properly in the patch. I would recommend uninstalling the game. Checking to make sure no files remain in the install directory that you were using. Then do a fresh reinstall and auto patch.

That is the exact thing I have done, but Ill try again...

EDIT: I have tried again, even with the new patch on an other computer.
The error still exists.

What to do?
