still same sound issues

I still have the same issue than before with the sound system. after an hour playing or so the sound starts to echo which is damn annoying. When a person says something you can hear it 2-3 times more. This is also with other sounds like items selling etc.
I have the latest updates for my sound card a sound blaser live!24 system and i only have this problem with this game

On your sound blaster control panel do you have any processing turned on, such as any EAX effects?

Few that's a load of my mind.
I have exactly the same sound card, so im happy it can be solved so easily

i just installed the drivers without the control panel so it can't really be on.
