Default Triple Buffering disables itself after changes to graphic settings

Basically, what I noticed is that after enabling Triple Buffering, it often changes itself back to false after you change graphical settings ingame.

This might explain why some people aren't noticing much improvement whether it's enabled or not.

What I did, basically, was enable triple buffering, and I did notice a significant performance boost from my Mobility Radeon x700. So I bumped my graphics settings up higher, and it ran like a dream. For once.

However, the second time I started it up, the game returned to it's good old stuttering/framelag/crashy self. After a few crashes, I decided to disable triplebuffering to see if anything changed.

options.ini --> lo and behold, the triplebuffering line that I had added at the very end of the file had been moved to somewhere in the middle, I almost didn't see it at first. Plus, triple buffering = false.

Apparently it changes itself back to false if you change any settings ingame, because the settings file is completely rewritten with a default false for triplebuffering.

Not that big an deal, I guess, just a headsup if anyone else is having trouble.

to devs: adding an option to enable it ingame would be nice, haha But I do understand there are probably more pressing issues. Keep up the good work!

I didn't need to add a line to enable mine. It was already there in the middle. I just changed it to true. I think the game adds it the first time you change a setting after the patch (read the patch notes).

Are you able to reliably reproduce the reset issue? I'm not.

Ah, there's the problem. If you add the line BEFORE you change any settings, the game removes your line and adds it's own =false line.

Guess that took a little wind out of my sails, but this might still help other people who were idiots like me and added the line the moment the patch was done installing
