.coms are only $6.95 and if you already have a company hosting your other modding site, you should be able to host that one as well. It's very inexpensive. I could always buy one and host it as well if it's too much trouble.

yes it doesnt cost a lot but its still 7 bucks i dont have to spare =)
if anyone got a domain i can host it with my current host (supports multiple domain hosting) what would be best? ive called the wiki "Worldcraft" World-craft since it's about creating titan quest Worlds... and by "crafting" you are creating... so i guess something with that in the domain name? i still think a subdomain from TQ.net would be good, whoever owns it can just create subdomain redirect to the wiki wiki.titanquest.net http://elrath.com/tqw/wiki/

How about just "TQ Mod Wiki" ? Before I go any further in adding / posting the "Official" guide topics (all I've done is the Intro so far). Maxx, Does IL have a problem with them being posted verbatium. All I want are current, compleate guides, and this would be a great way for the community to work on them.. I just don't want to tread on bad ju-ju by posting them to the wiki. ![]() Last edited by DigitalKungfu : 08-10-2006 at 03:20 AM. |

done.
by the way, when you make a page, put at the bottom of the page, so if your page is about the art manager, put this will help people find it also, im sure IL wont mind people posting the guides and then fixing them up. they can always be removed.

And another question:
How do we handle images, cause i think we should include some for a better description of the tools. Can we upload them to the wiki page or have the images to be external linked? And how can i add a table of content?

theres a link on the side navigation to upload a file: http://elrath.com/tqw/wiki/index.php...Special:Upload
remember the file name after you upload it, then on your page just put something like this: you can align center, left, right, etc, use no frame or whatever. to do a table of contents just look at the source of the world editor page, it has contents box.: http://elrath.com/tqw/wiki/index.php?title=World_Editor if you make a new page, put it here so it shows up on the front as a new article: http://elrath.com/tqw/wiki/index.php...nt&action=edit seperate by comma's and have up to 10, remove oldest when adding a new. images are a good idea anyway, if your page is about say the water tool, put a small image of the water tool icon and then a couple thumbnails of the tool in use etc and the options on the side (depth etc) if you know what i mean.
