Excellent

the wiki is starting to take some basic shape as im adding things to the front page etc.. still not articles. hopefully people will consider converting guides they have written on the forum into wiki format.

if anyones worried about creating wiki pages, just go to http://en.wikipedia.org and find a small basic page and use that as a template, alternatively, just make your page and maybe someone will clean it up so its wikified

hehe, yeah I'm going to copy over the few partial guides I've done, but am totaly paranoid as to what I'm doing.

One question right off the bat. How does it handle ordered lists... Just use Standard HTML, or is there some form of wiki code for it?

After I'm done posting my guides, I'll grab the Tuts that came with the game, and post them, maybe we can get them cleaned up as well

EDIT: NM about the qustion, I found the answer... well here we go.

I think it's a great concept, but I don't think it's going to take off. The URL is just so horrendous and I'm never going to remember it. For this to be successful, you'd need something short, sweet, and to the point.

yeah thats fine.

the URL is a bit dodgy right now yes, if i can get some money i might get a .com

or perhaps whoever owns titanquest.net could give us a subdomain? wiki.titanquest.net perhaps? any mods can talk to whoever owns the domain about this?

for now, use http://wiki.elrath.com elrath.com is another site of mine for a different game, but at least the url is shorter for now (note: will take a few hours for subdomain to take effect across teh interweb)
