It's been a while, but I remember unpacking xmax and seeing '5's in the proxy fields and thinking "how is that xmax?"

I happen to have a distinct recall of a post by Poinas about Xmax spawning x3 - x8 despite it being x10.

I read about a program that shared you map with somebody else and that allowed more than one person to work on it. Obviously it wouldn't be at the same time, probably after you save it would sync with the other PC. I can't find the name of the program. Does anybody know the program or any way to do this (except the obvious zip and send).

There's actually a sourceserver-kind of thing in your TQIT folder. I think it allows exactly that; though I don't know how it works tbh.

Thank You!! That was fast!

But when I open it I can see the icon open in system bit near clock (forgot name!! :S) but it disappears straight away. It's not in the proccesses tab either. Checked the log and it just shows many dashes.

Well, as I said, I have no idea how the thing works... if it's time for me to find out, I will, but till than, we'll make do with a repository (I think a repository is a requirement for the program to work correctly).

lol sounds stupid but. Whats a repository?

In this case, a digital repository, a server where we can upload the files of the different version of the game. This allows us to use the files created by others if they're placed in the right directories and such..
