Seems to me that TQMercury belongs on this list. I can't get the link to tqmercury 2.2 to work but the link to tqmercury 2.1 that Soulseekkor put up is still working.

It's a popular program, but I'm not sure; I remember toons created with that, had some rather annoying bugs with them..

The show all damage mod is available within tqdefiler.

I hadn't realized that tqmercury had bug issues. I suppose it's better left off the list in that case.

Do any of the mentioned mods allow for affixing Relics and Charms to Blue and Purple items?

If not are there any mods that allow this?

The TQDefiler can activate a mod that allows that.

I searched through the forums but couldn't find xMax that works with vanilla TQ. Can you give links of mods that works with vanilla TQ?

Just do it through the Art Manager yourself, it's just a change of 2 values...
