Thanks, I'm having a lot of fun building my own little world, and no problems as yet on the computer glitch side. I'll keep the screenshots coming. I learnt how to do waves yesterday, and I did a river last night. The monsters on the Xpack are great I think.

If you know a skin modder, you could ask him to get a Gorgon tail, paint it blue and add the torso, head, arms and wings of the Empusa to make a Siren. It'd be perfect for a seaside beastman.

I was trying to create a giant bronze man, like on Jason and the Argonauts, that would be excellent for the beach, there are detailed instructions in the tutorial, and I couldn't get it to work. You use the standard template for the bronze mechanoids and alter the scales, and I tried making a giant spider as well. I wish I could get that to work.
I'd like to put in the topless maenid mod if I could, but I don't know how to at the moment, as I can't download the template.
I have a nymph mod skin, which is lovely greenish etc. but I don't know how to incorpoarte that sort of thing into the custom map. (at the moment)..
There wont be any gorgons in the story, as there is only one gorgon in the theme, which is Tiamat, the queen of the monster brood.. you have to be historically accurate...
If anyone reading can advise me on making monsters bigger, and why it won't work, would be good...
I suppose the all skins mod and the maenid mod might work at the same time as my custom map?

Well, for the making mosters bigger you could contact codemajor, he made a giant odontotyranus for (now please don't faint, for it'll be a shock) TIAMAT (told ya) in the Manastream mod.

And yeah, a giant spider and automata would be great. Yet, I wasn't speaking of Gorgons, I was only suggesting that you could use their tail as a siren's tail. But you could also use the itchian or hydradon's tail if you got interested in the sirens.
