The info on the site is not v 1.00 its some beta version expect its for v 0.5-9 or something like that.

found a green overseer's mantle (tansferred it via vault to a masteries char)
its dropped by reptilians in egypt i think, and it gives +1 to storm nimbus and +1 to way of the ice in the masteries mod.

It is still active it just theres a whole new set of masteries sub-forms now, that where most people are now.
I know they are still working on it, its about a month after the release nothing dies that fast (unless it an adult mayfly), the first 2 patches where to fix easy bugs hence they are in the first 2 weeks of release.
