Default New Art Manager

Anyone have any idea what the "Additional Browse Directories" is for under the new art manager's options? It'd be great (for me anyways) if it's for including the TQ and custom maps files.

Im not sure if it does anything for the retail users. On the development side it allowed us to see both the TQIT and TQ resources...

Thank you ~V~.

It would be great to be able to see both sets of resources, so I 'll experiment with it and see what happens.

You guys did an awesome job on the expansion

npcs references are broken now. and if i want to import a dbr from the original game I cant find it.

Please ~V~ can you tell us how this works?!

If you type out the path for the install directory for original Titan Quest into the Adittional browse directories, then all the .DBRs from the original game will become available for importing with the database/import records feature in addition to just the xpack ones.

Ok in the Art manager I now find all dbrs also the old ones,
but this does not fix the missing records problem (see Screenshoot above)

But i mentioned what the problem seems to be:
in the editor mode all my custom record folders do not appear!
also the ModString.txt is not found!

I tried several times to recreate the asset for the modstring.txt but nothing changes. also the missing records are not found after i tried to reload resources with the option in the layour mode.

any solutions?

If you create a CustomMaps folder in your IT install directory and copy a built version of your map into it I think it'll fix the problem of IT not finding your custom\created DBRs.
