He meant that it is impossible to change model ingame (on the fly). You have to restart the game and replace the main character model to change it ingame.

Yeah, Archer is Mads, but we have firearrow in. Along with other arrow-mods as well.
This mastery is quite a challenge to make, i think. I love bows myself so i'll have a close eye on that one.

As Ragura said, you cant change the model while playing. Really impossible. Colossus just changes the scale. And very buggy too

Transformers would be amazing, i think we can all agree on that. But hey...

Yeah, as much as we would all like to get it as soon as possible (and they would most likely like to release asap as well) I think it's in everyone's best interest if these guys take all the time they need to make this a real succes. If it's really good it could lengthen TQs lifetime by a lot. Imagine another round of possible build topics all over again!
