well, from the 8 masteries listed, a vampiric priest is sounding pretty wicked to me and its awesome you guys are allowing the priest to be battle oriented rather then healing. far to often priests get lumped in with casters. but some priests just wanna pray to the god of war and get their blades wet .


keep us updated on how this is going. i know this is most likely going to take a good long while to finish, but updates on skills and such as you finalize them would be great.

I have an idea for an mastery, called "shadow", when u pick this class, u become shadow shaman, sort of like an evil thergiest, with nasty spells, he/she relyes strongly on their lifeleechs spells.
Shadow call is a spell I've thought of, it sends out a shadow on every monsters in a serten radius around the caster, the shadows cannot be killed and last 25 seconds. They suck the life of the enemy, (%lifeleechs), and gives 10% of dranied life back to u making u close to invulerable.
Maybe a summon? shadow slave??
Maybe u can think of something more

The alchimist - bombs and ranged attacks. This mastery evolves around throwing deadly gifts into the crowd. Probably one of the more difficult masteries to play. Who accepts the challenge and learns to throw a bottle of poison right into the wide-open throat of the hydra?

The builder - Pets... of sorts. The final picture of this mastery is not yet drawn, but the builder relies on his practical abilities. He sees a foe and builds himself the appropriate device to conquer it. His weapon of choice is the hammer, of course.

And these were some masteries that didnt make it or got renamed, splitted, merged or simply ignored:
Ninja, Necromancer, Illusionist, War-form (like Colossus only different model) Alien/SciFi, Evil Shaman, Poisonist, Elemental Melee

Now its up to you guys: name your wishes, hopes and desires. We appreciate all sorts of comments, suggestions and criticism.

Also we are welcoming anybody who likes the idea and wishes to help out.

I like you'r ideas, but i very much hope that titan quest doesn't become to "diablo" or "wow". That would be a shame

Your skill idea is cool, we ll see if we can add it, but we already made a vampire mastery that will be using life leech skills and it is the most evil mastery in the set.

please tell me you mean true life leech (instant), not the crap life leech over time. monsters just die to fast for over time

Where are the buffs?

Most of the descriptions, which sound cool btw , metion pets and offensive abilities. Given that most people will pick two masteries anyway, it could be cool to have one which is focused on buffs!
